FOREIGNER POLICIES

Catastrophic Thinking should also be applied to policies with the idea of minimizing risks. We tolerate foreigners, but they bring many risks to America which we can ill-afford in times of crisis. Different rules should apply to foreigners, especially the misguided efforts by our Supreme Court to grant to them our Bill of Rights. Foreigners have a very different set of values and even loyalties than do most Americans. In large part that is why it is suggested to create a separate 13th Judicial Circuit to deal with issues pertaining to foreigners. Foreigners, especially illegal aliens, bring with them their diseases, unvaccinated medical histories, primitive views of gender relations (Taliban), drug culture mentalities, criminal proclivities, evil-terrorist intentions, and a host of other troublesome attributes. It is a privilege to enter America, and we should retain the privilege to turn them away. In times of catastrophe, we might even choose to turn them all away while we deal with millions of American refugees. House and feed our own first, no matter how pitiable foreigner circumstances might be.

Obviously, we have watched our border security become non-existent in recent years, and this must change. Beyond a separate ultimate Court charged with national security, we need a place to house these potential deplorables when they overwhelm our processing systems. We only have one such place—the Guantanamo Bay Detention Center in Cuba. We should lease more ground and build such facilities in any Central or South American country which would welcome hard currency. Build air strips in such facilities and haul detainees down to Panama, Mexico, Costa Rica, and such other countries that would allow such facilities. Let them stay as long as for a few days while the legitimacy of their claims for sanctuary are reviewed or whatever, or release them to their homelands. Unless they are suspected terrorists or criminals, when they need to be held forever or surrendered to the appropriate authorities.

Let me propose a second solution. Put out on the internet an instructional Website on how to get into America. If they really do have legitimate grounds for entry, instruct them in English, how to prepare their paperwork and issue something they can print out to show to the border patrol that they are serious and legitimate. If they dont speak English direct them to go to America’s world-wide Web location where they can learn English. They could set up an Entry Visa file and provide information to American counselors to assist their ultimate entry. Pre-vetting like this would alleviate the uncertainty that now plagues illegal immigrants. They could approach our borders with credentials, like vaccine records, medical records, etc.
